As the next level of lockdown is phased in and we look forward to the summer of 2021 we find the government relaxing the rules around pop-up campsites across the uk as they expect a huge demand in campsites due to the restrictions in foreign travel. It is thought that over 500 temporary campsites could be seen to "pop up" across the uk. The new relaxed rules will allow people to host a pop up without permission for 56 days! This could see stately homes, farms and pubs hosting there own mini camping experience.
We have put a list together of some of the pop ups we have found and like wild camping sites. As always it is best to check in advance before arriving and book in advance, ask any questions to them of concerns you may have and please please take your rubbish home if needed let's preserve our beautiful planet and the nature within it

Kendal Rugby Club
Cumbria - Opens 17th May
On the edge of the Lake District National Park and only 20 minutes from Kendal not your usual place you would think to camp but a good base for exploring, no electric and tents and trailer tents only.

At the foot of Lake Windermere this is a simple campsite just 20 minutes from Coniston Water. This is a no-thrills campsite for tents only and no electric.
